FINDINGS: RIGHT KIDNEY: Measures 11.1 x 5.8 x 5.4 cm in size. Normal echogenicity. No focal mass. No hydronephrosis. No nephrolithiasis. LEFT KIDNEY: Measures 12.0 x 6.0 x 5.6 cm in size. Normal echogenicity. Benign cyst measuring 1.6 cm greatest dimension, upper pole. No hydronephrosis. No nephrolithiasis. BLADDER: Mild wall thickening. Post void residual, 149 mL. Other: Hyperechoic liver. IMPRESSION: 1. No hydronephrosis. 2. Mild urinary bladder wall thickening with significant post void residual, likely reflecting outlet obstruction, given history of BPH. Prostate was not visualized on ultrasound. 3. Hyperechoic liver, which is nonspecific but most likely on the basis of a fatty liver. Differential includes other causes of hepatocellular disease. 4. Other findings discussed above.
